1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "User", "you") and hiso33 ("hiso33", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at hiso33.vu. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, products, features, and content offered by hiso33, including but not limited to live casino games, sports betting, slot games, lottery, and any other gaming or ancillary services made available on the platform from time to time.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the hiso33 platform, you conclusively confirm your acceptance of these Terms. Your continued use of the hiso33 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

2. Eligibility

To register and maintain an account with hiso33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. hiso33 does not permit access to any gambling services by persons under the age of 21, regardless of the age of majority in the jurisdiction of residence.
• You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of hiso33 services is lawful in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of hiso33 or any of its software providers, payment processors, or affiliated entities.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by hiso33 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

hiso33 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility from any Member at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration

Each individual may register only one account on the hiso33 platform. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your hiso33 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time passcode with any third party. hiso33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify hiso33 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification

hiso33 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with its anti-money laundering and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents including but not limited to a copy of your national identification card, passport, or utility bill as proof of address. hiso33 may suspend or restrict your account pending completion of verification. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is complete to hiso33's satisfaction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

Deposits to your hiso33 account must be made using the payment methods listed on the platform, which include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, DuitNow, GrabPay, FPX bank transfer (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong, and others), and USDT TRC20. hiso33 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited to your hiso33 account must come from payment methods registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where practicable. hiso33 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts that have completed the applicable KYC verification process. hiso33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts, credit cards, or anonymous payment methods. Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed; hiso33 bears no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on hiso33 are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the responsibility of the Member.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

hiso33 may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits to Members from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time of the offer. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses must be wagered the stated number of times before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• hiso33 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at its sole discretion, including where hiso33 believes a bonus is being abused.
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to account duplication for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of associated winnings.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless otherwise expressly stated in the promotion terms.

6. Betting Rules

Specific game and betting rules are displayed within each product category on the hiso33 platform and form part of these Terms by reference. General betting rules applicable across all hiso33 products include:

• All bets are final once confirmed. hiso33 will not reverse confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances described in the applicable game rules (e.g., voided sporting events, cancelled draws).
• hiso33 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error or resulting from a manifest technical error, including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game results, or payment processing errors.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a game result or bet outcome, the records held by hiso33's systems shall be the definitive record, subject to any independent audit findings.
• Maximum bet and payout limits apply to all products and are displayed within each game interface. hiso33 may impose individual betting limits on any account at its discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the hiso33 platform. Breach of any prohibition may result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account per individual or registering using false or third-party identity information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, analyse games, or exploit platform features.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, arbitrage betting, or match-fixing.
• Attempting to exploit errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in hiso33's software or games.
• Using the hiso33 platform to launder money or conduct any transaction that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Accessing the hiso33 platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing or facilitating access by any person under 21 years of age to your hiso33 account.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward hiso33 staff or other Members.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the hiso33 platform, including but not limited to the hiso33 name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data, is the proprietary intellectual property of hiso33 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the hiso33 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any hiso33 content without express prior written consent from hiso33.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hiso33 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the hiso33 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to platform unavailability, technical errors, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any financial loss incurred as a result of gambling on the hiso33 platform.

The hiso33 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. hiso33 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability or error-free operation of the platform. hiso33's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your hiso33 account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

hiso33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among its Members. hiso33 provides the following responsible gaming tools accessible from within your account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Cool-off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your hiso33 account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the hiso33 platform for a defined period of not less than 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are processed by the hiso33 support team and once implemented cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic reminders of your session duration to help manage your play time.

11. Privacy

hiso33's collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by the hiso33 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy. hiso33 collects personal data including but not limited to identity information, contact details, device and usage data, and financial transaction records for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement. hiso33 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Amendments to These Terms

hiso33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Members via the email address registered to their hiso33 account and/or by notice on the hiso33 platform. Amended Terms take effect 14 days after notification unless the amendment is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the hiso33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your hiso33 account before the effective date of the amendment.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which hiso33 holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the hiso33 platform that cannot be resolved through hiso33's internal complaints process shall be subject to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. Nothing in this clause limits your right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
